They are 25 meters high and 2 kilometers long. Glory of Dubrovnik can be seen in palaces, churches and monuments.
Port in Dubrovnik is situated in the eastern part of the city walls and is a recognizable and a part of numerous postcards and photos. This is where we will we start our journey.
You have probably planned your journey (have you?), but here is one of the possible itineraries.
We suggest heading to small town not far from Dubrovnik, Slano. It is a small Dalmatian town that has a few archaeological sites dating back to the Classical Age. Here we can disembark in the cove of Slano. It is well protected from all winds except the bura.
Our tour on traditional gulet charter can continue towards island of Mljet and small settlement, Saplunara. It has a most amazing sandy cove offering sandy beaches around the cove. Here is untouched nature at its best. These places are known only to nautical tourists who enjoy it for years. Pomena is another small port village situated in the heart of the National park of Mljet., It is a unique tourist destination since it is a part of pristine natural environment and at the same time at close proximity to Dubrovnik. Once here we must not skip to enjoy in National park Mljet.
Our next stop is island of Lastovo and settlement of Zaklopatica. It is located on the north side of Lastovo only two kilometers away from the town of Lastovo. It is a perfect starting point for the exploration of Lastovo’s beautiful natural environment.
The island of Korčula is known for its lush vegetation. We will enjoy swimming, snorkeling and diving on one of its many beaches. While here it is a good idea to explore the town of Korčula, a birthplace of merchant and explorer Marco Polo. Town is a tourist center of the island. It is famous to be one of the best preserved medieval cities in the Mediterranean. Moreška is a dance with swords and it is held weekly in town of Korčula and we hope you will be able to see it and enjoy it. Marina where we will dock is located in a small inlet east of town.
Finally, we will head back to our starting point, to city of Dubrovnik. Please remember that this in only one possible route and that you can suggest your own route so we can adjust our plans. Keep in mind that if we arrange our itinerary that it is possible to change it when we are already on our way. This is a private tour and we want you to go back with the best memories possible.
