DAY 2 – Sunday: Split – Trogir

Our English-speaking guide will take us on a morning city tour of Split, including a visit to the world-famous Diocletian’s Palace. It is enlisted on the UNESCO World Heritage list.

We will leave at 12 a.m. for Trogir, another UNESCO World Heritage Site. Lunch will be given on board, and we will stop for a swim. We will arrive in Trogir in the afternoon. The Cathedral of St. Lawrence, possibly Croatia’s best example of sacral architecture, is the primary attraction in this town-museum, which is literally filled with palaces, churches, monasteries, and towers. We’ll be taken on a Trogir city tour by a competent English-speaking guide. You will have the evening to yourself. Feel free to explore or have dinner at one of Trogir’s cozy taverns.

Overnight in Trogir Historical Town (B, L).

DAY 3 – Monday: Trogir – Bol – Vis

The third day of one way cruise from Split will start with sailing to Bol. Bol is known for its beach, Zlatni Rat (Golden Cape), which consistently ranks among the most beautiful beaches in Europe. You can enjoy simple pleasures such as taking a walkabout this charming little Dalmatian town, perhaps having a cup of coffee, or going for a swim until lunch is served on board once we get at Bol.

We will continue cruising to Vis after lunch. Vis was spared excessive tourist development for a long time since it was an important strategic military bastion. As a result, it has preserved its unspoiled beaches, ecological agriculture, and historic architecture.

Overnight in Vis (B, L).

Optional excursion to Vis Island in the late afternoon

Our tour of Vis begins with a drive down the old road, which rises above the town and views the bay. After that we will step down to the fields and travel past vineyards and olive groves, passing by a WWII allied airport before arriving in Komiža. Komiža is a beautiful fishermen’s village. You will have some free time to spend at Komiža where you will be able to have dinner in one of the restaurants. Return to the boat to spend the night there. Reservations and payment on the spot.

DAY 4 – Tuesday: Vis – Biševo Blue Cave – Hvar

We’ll cruise to Biševo Island and its Blue Cave, one of the Adriatic Sea’s most well-known natural wonders. Blue Cave is a flooded cave that can only be reached by boat. High waves, sometimes impede access to Blue Cave. We won’t know that until the morning of our visit. You will receive a full refund if we are unable to access Blue Cave due to bad weather. We’ll continue cruising past several coves and bays towards Hvar, Croatia’s sunniest island, after a swim stop and lunch on board.

Hvar is a popular tourist destination in Croatia and a meeting point for international jet setters. Upon arriving in Hvar, a local English-speaking guide will take you on a tour of this fascinating city, explaining its millennia-old history, culture, and way of life, as well as some of the island’s unique features, such as lavender farming.

Following that, you’ll have an evening to yourself to explore and have dinner in one of the many family-run restaurants and taverns.

Overnight in Hvar Historical Town (B, L).

DAY 5 – Wednesday: Hvar – Korčula

The fifth day of one way cruise from Split will begin with a dawn departure for the island of Korčula. We will stop for a swim at one of the beautiful bays along the way before lunch. The afternoon is set for our arrival on the island of Korčula. Korčula is the birthplace of Marco Polo, one of history’s most famous explorers.

Our English-speaking guide will take you on a tour of Korčula Town, including its small and cobblestone alleyways, as well as its fascinating history. The rest of the evening is yours to spend at one of the local restaurants.

Overnight in Korčula Historical Town (B, L).

DAY 6 – Thursday: Korčula – National Park Mljet – Šipan Island or Slano

We will leave Korčula early in the morning and cruise to Mljet National Park. You’ll have just enough time to explore the park, walk around Great and Small Lakes, and visit the Islet of St. Mary with its 12th-century Benedictine Monastery, or go swimming in Mljet National Park’s heart. Mljet National Park entrance costs are included. Make sure you get back to the boat in time for lunch.

We’ll continue our voyage to the Island of Šipan in the afternoon, where we’ll dock in the peaceful fishermen’s village of Šipanska Luka or Slano on the mainland. Slano is one of the most charming towns on the Dubrovnik Riviera. It has many lovely beaches, lush pine forest and olive groves, a long cultural tradition, and several historical sites.

If we stay in Slano, we can organize an optional excursion to Ston, a fortified town noted for its 5-kilometer long walls, old saltworks, and oyster/mussels farm for those who are interested. Onboard, we’ll have a Captain’s Dinner and live music entertainment in the evening.

DAY 7 – Friday: Šipan Island or Slano – Dubrovnik

The seventh day of one way cruise starts in the early morning. We will leave Dubrovnik, passing by the Elaphiti Islands. We will have lunch on board, then cruise directly to the old center of Dubrovnik.

We will sail past the city walls and fortifications of Dubrovnik, where you will have the opportunity to snap an outstanding group shot of Dubrovnik. We will disembark as a group in the Old Town, where our personal English-speaking guide will show us the most interesting places in Dubrovnik. You will be left on your own after the city tour to explore the city. You should see the City Walls, or ride the cable car to the top of Mount Srđ for an exclusive goodbye dinner. Coaches will be organized for the return trip to Gruž port. After exploring this city, you will understand why this city is known as the Pearl of the Adriatic.
