We will start our cruise from Split, largest city in Dalmatia. If you have been exploring Split or you are planning to, you will see that Split is combination of unique historical buildings and modern, urban waterfront – Riva. To make picture complete, a wooded peninsula Marjan hides the most beautiful secluded beaches. Split Old Town is a unique city-within-a-city surrounded by fortifications of the former Roman palace built for the Emperor Diocletian. It hides many important sights and monuments, so feel free to explore them as much as you can because each is unique in its own way. For instance, vestibule is a circular building with a rounded ceiling. It was the antechamber into Diocletian’s chambers, an area only for the selected few. The main square of the Palace is located on the intersection of the two ancient streets it is called the Peristyle. The Cathedral of Saint Domnius or Sveti Duje is located in the mausoleum of Emperor Diocletian. The cathedral and its lavish interior are still being used in liturgy.

In the morning we will head to island of Hvar and town of Hvar. Hvar is the most popular island in Croatia and town of Hvar is the most popular settlement on the island. Island of Hvar owes its popularity to strategic and nautical position, mild climate and dense Mediterranean nature. Large fields of lavender, ancient olive trees and vineyards make Hvar an idyllic island. But one of the most popular advantages oh Hvar is its nightlife. Nightlife is located mostly in town of Hvar and today it is a town that never sleeps. Nightlife during summer months, from June to September, is one of the best on the Adriatic. In town of Hvar you can visit different events, restaurants, clubs… Once we reach town of Hvar, we will have organized city tour and guide waiting for us. However, in town of Hvar there are many different sights you can visit, from historical sights to modern exhibitions. Our sightseeing tour will include: harbor of Hvar, St. Stephen’s Cathedral, Franciscan Monastery and Hvar Public Theatre. We will spend the night here so evening is free for you to explore on your own.

We will visit island of Korčula and town of Korčula. Island of Korčula is easily recognizable thanks to its dark, dense pine forests, vineyards and olive groves. Indented coastline offers many secluded pebble and sandy beaches and bays. Island has much to offer when talking about history, culture and natural beauty. Town of Korčula is the main town on the island and it is very popular for tourists as a starting location from where they explore the rest of the island. Our city tour will show us Korčula Old Town a medieval walled city influenced by Venetian Renaissance. We will visit main square Trg Svetog Marka and Sveti Marko Cathedral.

On our last day, we will head to Dubrovnik and enjoy “Pearl of Adriatic” as Dubrovnik is called. This main point of Croatian tourism attracts millions of tourists each year and you will have to find out why. There are so many sights to visit, so start making plans.
